Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the SelrIQ Chrome extension and the website selriq.in (together, the "Service"), operated by Extech IT Services and Solutions. By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

SelrIQ provides product research, sales estimation, keyword research and tracking, competition analysis and GST-aware profit calculation for Amazon India sellers. Estimates and insights are provided for informational purposes and may not reflect exact figures.

2. Accounts & Authorisation

Certain features require you to authorise access to your own Amazon seller account via the Amazon Selling Partner API (SP-API). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under it.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with Amazon's policies. You may not misuse, reverse engineer, resell or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or to data that is not yours.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

Paid plans (Starter ₹299/month, Growth ₹399/month, Pro ₹599/month) are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design and content, is owned by Extech IT Services and Solutions and protected by applicable laws. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights in the Service.

6. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Estimates are not guarantees of sales or profit. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Extech IT Services and Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for breach of these Terms. You may stop using the Service and revoke SP-API authorisation at any time.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in the courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
