This Privacy Policy explains how Extech IT Services and Solutions ("we", "us", "our"), operator of the SelrIQ Chrome extension and the website selriq.in, collects, uses and protects your information. SelrIQ is a product research and keyword analytics tool for Amazon India sellers.

1. Information We Collect

  • Account information you provide, such as your name, email address and billing details when you subscribe to a paid plan.
  • Amazon seller data accessed, only with your authorisation, through the Amazon Selling Partner API (SP-API) — including listing, pricing, sales and performance data for your own seller account.
  • Usage data, such as feature usage and diagnostic logs, used to operate and improve the service.

2. How We Use Information

We use the information solely to provide the analytics and insights you request — product research, sales estimation, keyword research and tracking, competition analysis and profit calculation — and to operate, secure and support the service.

3. Amazon Selling Partner API (SP-API) Data

SelrIQ accesses Amazon seller information only after you explicitly authorise access to your own seller account. We do not sell, share, rent or disclose seller data to any third party. SP-API data is used exclusively to display insights to the authorised seller who connected the account, in accordance with the Amazon Acceptable Use Policy and Data Protection Policy.

4. Data Storage & Security

All data is stored securely on private servers with encryption in transit and access controls. Access is restricted to authorised personnel who require it to operate the service. We retain data only for as long as necessary to provide the service or as required by law.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your data. We may share limited information with trusted service providers (such as payment and hosting providers) strictly to operate the service, under confidentiality obligations, or where required by law.

6. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may revoke SP-API authorisation at any time. To exercise these rights, contact us at support@selriq.in.
