Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to paid subscriptions to SelrIQ, operated by Extech IT Services and Solutions.

1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on your first paid subscription. If you are not satisfied, contact us within 30 days of your initial payment and we will issue a full refund for that billing period.

2. Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals; your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period. Beyond the 30-day guarantee window, monthly charges already billed are non-refundable.

3. How to Request a Refund

Email support@selriq.in from the email address associated with your account, including your plan details. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
